Hosting and access data
This site loads no third-party resources (no external fonts, scripts or CDNs) and sets no cookies. Visiting it only processes technically necessary server log data (IP address, time, requested page), legal basis Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure operation). Hosting is provided by Hetzner Online GmbH on servers in Germany (processing pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).
Contact and contribution forms
When you submit one of this site's forms, the data you enter (name, email address, the content of your message or proposal, optional details) is processed to handle your request, legal basis Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR. Processing takes place on the controller's own systems (the baioss.de platform, hosted by Hetzner in Germany). The data is stored until your request has been handled and is then deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
SRI calculation
This site does not perform SRI assessments itself and processes no building data for that purpose. For the calculation you are directed to the software BAIOSS (baioss.de), where its own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A message to info@onsite-solutions.eu is sufficient. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
